Payment Processing

All transactions on Built&Written are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Built&Written. You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you have not already used a large share of your plan's monthly generation limits. Generating books and cover art uses AI resources we pay for and cannot recover, so accounts that have used more than 30% of their monthly book generations, or more than 30% of their monthly AI cover generations, are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of your purchase or most recent renewal
  • You have used no more than 30% of your plan's monthly book generations, and no more than 30% of your plan's monthly AI cover generations
  • Refund requests are processed via support@builtwritten.com
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@builtwritten.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We review each request against the eligibility conditions above and process eligible refunds promptly.
