User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload and create using our service. By using our AI tools, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. The books and materials you create remain your intellectual property.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within the first 10 days of your subscription as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

Built&Written is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
